Teachingis the greatest profession under the sun, because nothing is more importantthan education to a nation. Sometimes, it seems easy to be a teacher, but Ialways find it’s difficult, because only knowledge can’t make us a goodteacher.
教學是天底下最偉大的職業(yè)，因為對一個國家來說沒有什么比教育更重要。有時候成為一名教師似乎很容易，但是我總覺得很難，因為只有知識并不能讓我們成為一名好老師。
Asteachers, we must not only have a wide range of knowledge, but also havecomprehensive skills and positive attitudes. For one thing, we must be equal toevery student. Don’t judge the students by their grades and behaviors. Our dutyis to educate them, not to criticize them. For another, we are no longer thecandles, but the matches. We shouldn't do the presentation work all the time inclass. We must give the classes to the students. For example, we should make areal atmosphere to attract the students’ interests. Since most students likedoing things with their hands, we can assign them some tasks to do. Sometimeswe can also do some activities with them. I believe the students will learnbest when they are happy.
作為教師，我們不僅要有廣博的知識，而且還要具有全面的綜合能力和積極向上的態(tài)度。首先，我們必須公平對待每一個學生。不能從學生的學習成績和行為來評價學生。我們的責任是去教育他們，而不是批評他們。另一方面，我們不再是蠟燭，而是火柴了。我們不應(yīng)該一直在課堂上講。我們要把課堂讓給學生。例如，我們應(yīng)該營造一個真實的氛圍來吸引學生的興趣。因為大多數(shù)學生喜歡用自己的雙手來做事情，我們可以給他們分配一些任務(wù)。有時我們也可以與他們做一些活動。我相信學生在開心的時候會學得最好。
Sometimes,we may be troubled by some naughty students. Therefore, we must have patience.We have to lead them in the right way. However, if they don’t pay attention tous, we ought to be strict with them, until they are well-behaved.
有時，我們可能會因為一些調(diào)皮的學生而煩惱。因此，我們必須要有耐心。我們要用正確的方法引導他們。然而，如果他們并沒有注意到我們，我們應(yīng)該嚴格要求他們，直到他們表現(xiàn)良好。
Theseare my personal ideas. Maybe they are correct in a way, while they are notenough for us. So I will devote more diligence to my work and get moreexperience from teaching.
這些都是我個人的想法。在某種程度上也許他們是正確的，但是這對我們來說并不夠。所以我會在工作上更加的努力，從教學中得到更多的經(jīng)驗。

A good teacher, in our minds,means that giving us all knowledge he knows absolutely, supervising studentsstrictly, teaching students by holding their hands, assigning proper homeworkto students and being kind enough to give students time to relieve pressure and so on. Of course, these are my previous ideas which show myimmaturity to a certain extent. But those ways catering to examination-orientededucation are necessary before stepping into university. With the age andexperience growing, my thoughts become mature gradually.

From the perspective of a collegestudent, it’s quite ridiculous that a college teacher still follow the teachingpatterns of middle school because of the freedom and open of university. In myhumble opinion, first of all, as a college teacher, the most basic is thatteachers should possess good professional quality and be proficient in theirteaching subjects, which means that they will not only explain the textthoroughly, but also tell students more extracurricular knowledge on the topicto broaden their horizons and make them throw light on the text deeply.Meanwhile, teachers should mobilize the enthusiasm and initiation of studentsto make the whole class lively and be good at asking questions to encouragestudents to think on their own and foster their creativity, rather than letthem learn by rote. What’s more, in university---- an academic palace, teachersshould regard students as their friends to establish good relationship betweenteachers and students, and create an equal platform for students to speak theirmind freely. This way of teaching benefits teachers as well as students.
從大學生的角度來看，大學教師仍然遵循中學教學模式是相當可笑的因為大學是自由開放的。在我看來，首先，作為一名老師，最基本的是，教師應(yīng)具備良好的職業(yè)素質(zhì)，熟悉教學課程，這意味著他們將不僅僅全面的解釋課本，也要告訴學生更多的與課程相關(guān)的課外知識來拓展他們的視野，讓他們對課本有深入的理解。同時，教師要調(diào)動學生的積極性，讓整個班級氣氛活躍、善于提問，鼓勵學生獨立思考，培養(yǎng)他們的創(chuàng)造力，而不是讓他們死記硬背。更重要的是，在大學----一個學術(shù)殿堂，教師應(yīng)把學生當做他們的朋友建立良好的師生關(guān)系，并為學生創(chuàng)造一個表達思想的自由平等的平臺。這樣教學可以是學生和老師相互受益。
To sum up, college is differentfrom middle school, so there is a great difference between them in teaching. Accordingly,college teachers should hold different teaching methods towards collegestudents. Only this can make a good college teacher.

If you don't findany challenges to your life, you won’t have motivation and anxiety todevelopment. So try to findnew challenges that would further develop your strength and therefore achieveyour peak performance.

You shouldn'tregard it as being weak, and other people won't think less of you if you dothis. We humans are communal individuals and we could achieve more in thisworld if we help one another. So don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it,and also lend a hand to others when they need you.
3.你不是一個人

If you want toachieve something, don't be in a rush. When you're sure about it, plan the ways to achieve and to evaluateit if your process is effective while still along the way. You can change yourcourse of action while you still have time. Make sure that your goals are specific,attainable and time limited. In this way you can make sure you are not planningto fail, but to be successful in your search for personal growth.
4.計劃
