一、考 試 性 質
曲靖市教育系統公開招聘教師考試屬選拔性考試，教育行政部門根據教育事業改革和發展的需要，考查、考核考生從事教師工作的專業知識、教育教學能力，按招考錄用計劃擇優錄用，考試具有較高的信度、效度、區分度和一定的難度。
二、考試形式與試卷結構
考試形式：閉卷，筆試。“專業知識”滿分100分，考試用時100分鐘；“教法技能”滿分50分，考試用時50分鐘。二者合卷滿分共150分，考試限定用時150分鐘。
試題類型：“專業知識”的題型為單項選擇題、辯錯題和改錯題；“教法技能”的題型為英、漢短文翻譯題和英語寫作題。
三、考試內容
以《義務教育英語課程標準（2011年版）》為依據，以《高等院校英語專業英語教學大綱》為參考，結合初中教材的英語知識內容和初中英語教師應具備的英語專業知識水平和英語教育能力要求而確定考試內容。
專業知識
（一）英語詞匯：
1．認知詞匯5500～6500個（《高等學校英語專業英語教學大綱》專科階段結束時的要求）。
2．常用詞3000～4000個的基本搭配（《高等學校英語專業英語教學大綱》專科階段結束時的要求）。
3．初中英語詞匯1500～1600個。
4．初中英語習慣用語或固定搭配200～300個。
（二）英語語法：
1．名詞：可數名詞、不可數名詞、名詞單數、名詞復數、專有名詞。
2．代詞：人稱代詞、指示代詞、關系代詞、疑問代詞、物主代詞、不定代詞、反身代詞。
3．數詞：基數詞、序數詞。
4．介詞：介詞短語做狀語、介詞短語做定語、介詞短語做表語。
5．連詞：并列連詞、從屬連詞。
6．形容詞：形容詞比較級、形容詞最高級。
7．副詞：疑問副詞、關系副詞、副詞比較級、副詞最高級、副詞的擺放位置。
8．冠詞：冠詞的一般用法。
9．感嘆詞：感嘆詞what 和why的用法。
10．動詞：及物動詞、不及物動詞、系動詞、助動詞、情態動詞、非謂語動詞（不定式，分詞，動名詞）。
11．時態：一般現在時、現在進行時、現在完成時、一般過去式、過去進行時、一般將來時。
12．被動語態。
13．主從復合句：賓語從句、定語從句、主語從句、狀語從句。
14．句子種類：陳述句、疑問句、祈使句、感嘆句。
（三）英語閱讀：
1．英美國家出版的中偏易難度的一般性文章和書面材料（認知詞匯5500～6500個）。
2．中國正式出版的中偏易難度的一般性文章和書面材料（認知詞匯5500～6500個）。
（四）翻譯：
翻譯一篇中偏易難度的一般性文章或書面材料。文章主題為英語教學與研究。翻譯速度為每小時300-400個英語單詞。
（五）英語寫作：
根據提示或所給題目，撰寫長度為150～250個單詞的文章。

《義務教育英語課程標準（2011年版）》

四、考試要求
專業知識
（一）英語詞匯：
要求掌握認知詞匯5500～6500個，能夠使用其中的3000～4000個常用搭配。對初中英語詞匯掌握做硬性規定：必需正確而熟練地掌握和運用1500～1600個單詞和200～300個最常用詞的搭配。能夠理解和領悟初中詞匯的基本含義，以及其在特定語境中的意義，運用初中詞匯描述一般事物、行為和特征，說明一般概念等。
（二）英語語法：
掌握主謂一致關系、構詞法。了解常用語言形式的基本結構和常用表意功能，在實際運用中體會和領悟語言形式的表意功能。理解和掌握描述人和物的表達方式，以及具體事件和具體行為的發生、發展過程的表達方式。掌握描述時間、地點、方位的表達方式。理解和掌握比較人、物體及食物的表達方式。
（三）英語閱讀：
能夠閱讀英美國家和中國出版的中偏易難度的一般性英語文章和書面材料。能夠根據上下文和構詞法推斷、理解生詞的含義，理解段落中各句子之間的邏輯關系，能夠找出文中的主題，理解故事的情節，預測故事情節的發展和可能的結局，能讀懂常見體裁的閱讀材料，能根據不同的閱讀目的，運用簡單的閱讀策略獲取信息。閱讀速度為每分鐘約120～160個單詞，理解正確率不低于70%。
（四）翻譯：
要求譯文忠實原文，表達流暢。
（五）英語寫作：
能夠掌握英語寫作的基礎知識，內容切題，結構嚴謹，條理清楚，語法正確，語言通順，表達得體。
教法技能（英語教學）
1．熟悉《義務教育英語課程標準（2011年版）》的主要內容。
2．能夠初步具備在中學（初中）進行課堂教學、課外活動、班主任工作的能力。
3．能夠依據課程標準，用英語編寫教案、班主任工作計劃、英語課外活動安排，以及能夠用英語寫討論英語教學問題的英語文章。

Passage One
Why don’t birds get lost on their long flights from one place to another? Scientists have puzzled over this question for many years. Now they are beginning to fill in the blanks.
Not long ago, experiments showed that birds rely on the sun to guide them during daylight hours. But what about the birds which fly by night? Tests with artificial stars have proved that certain night-flying birds are able to follow the stars in their long-distance flights. A dove had spent its lifetime in a cage and had never flown under a natural sky. Yet it showed an inborn ability to use the stars for guidance. The bird’s cage was placed under an artificial star-filled sky. The bird tried to fly in the position as that taken by his outdoor cousins. Any change in the position of the make-believe stars caused a change in the direction of his fight.
Scientists think that doves, when flying in daylight, use the sun for guidance. But the stars are apparently their principal means of navigation. What do they do when the stars are hidden by clouds? Apparently, they find their way by such landmarks as mountain ranges, coast lines, and river courses. But when it’s too dark to see these, the doves circle helplessly, unable to get their bearings (方位).
